"This is, by far, the most personal song I’ve ever written," says vocalist Rob Watson. "I wrote this song about the darkest point in my life and when I was at my absolute lowest. In my opinion, this is one of the best songs we’ve ever written and the most important song on the album."

That album being "Love Don't Live Here," the first full-length record from the band in over four years. It was released today through LHHC Records (a label formed by the band members themselves), and is also available in Europe and Asia via BDHW Records. For all you whiny internet weirdos who take this shit way too seriously: this one's for you, & if you don't like it you can suck my dick from the back, you fuckin crybabies. "

Lionheart Announces New Album, Label

California's hardcore heavy hitters from Lionheart are back with their first full-length in over four years. The quintet will release "Love Don't Live Here" on January 22, 2016 via LHHC Records (a label formed by the band members themselves).

The album's title is a nod to a classic R&B/Motown song by the same name and shows the band's unwillingness to conform to the typical "hardcore mold," as well as the bitter and unforgiving lyrical content the band is known for. Lionheart also signed with BDHW Records for the album's release in Europe and Asia.

“This album represents everything we’ve ever wanted to do with our music," says vocalist Rob Watson. "It’s heavy, it’s pissed, it’s original, and it’s honest- something that’s missing in a lot of music nowadays." More...
