E-Force Announces New Album "Demonikhol"

Canadian thrash act E-Force, featuring former Voivod vocalist/bassist Eric Forrest, will release the fourth full length album "Demonikhol" on June 19th via Mausoleum Records. The album is a concept album which illustrates the ravages and devastation alcohol is capable of causing.

Along side Eric Forrest, the line-up features the return of Krof on drums. The lead guitar parts are divided among no less than five exceptional guitarists: Vincent Agar (Yotangor, Lust), Tomáš Skorepa (Exorcizphobia), neo-classical artist Antonello Gilliberto, Dan Baune (Monument) and Rob Urbinati (Sacrifice).

E-Force To Be Special Guest at Raismes Fest

E-FORCE, featuring ex-VOIVOD bass and voice Eric Forrest, has announced that they will play as special live guests on Raismes Fest 2008 (Sep. 13th/14th) with Alex Colin-Tocquaine (both in cult French Metal bands LOUDBLAST and AGRESSOR). Songs from the latest album, "Modified Poison," and old VOIVOD tracks will be played live.

"Modified Poison" is still available from Thundering Records' online store or on digital format through Believe Digital (iTunes, Music4Help, eMusic).

E-Force Set New Album Release For February / March

E-FORCE frontman Eric Forrest (ex-VOIVOD) has informed BW&BK that the band's long awaited second album, Modified Poison, is set for a February / March release. It was originally due to be released this fall. An exact date will be announced soon.

Modified Poison will be released through Thundering Records.

As previously reported, the album's lead-off track 'Deviation' can be downloaded at this location.

Modified Poison album was mastered by PRIMAL FEAR / SODOM producer Achim Köhler. The tracklist is as follows: 'Deviation', 'Modified Poison', 'Lobotomized', 'Agent 99', 'Malpractice', 'Revolution Riot Act', 'La Cie C'est Precieux', 'Disillusioned', 'Exterminator', 'Perfexionist' (co- written by Alex Tocquaine from AGRESSOR), 'Wired' (featuring Tim and Kevin Gutierrez), 'Victory' (VOIVOD cover), 'Reborn Again' (Japan bonus track).

E-Force Post New Song Online For Download

E-FORCE, the band featuring former VOIVOD bassist/vocalist Eric Forrest, has made a new song, entitled "Deviation", available for download at this location. The track comes off the group's sophomore album, "Modified Poison", due this fall via France's Thundering Records.

E-FORCE's new CD, which was recorded at a studio in Toulouse, France with producer Patrick Freidrich, includes collaborations with Alex Colin-Tocquaine of AGRESSOR as well as Tim and Kevin Guttierez of PROJECT: FAILING FLESH. Moreover, Eric has decided to re-record/cover a song from the unreleased VOIVOD 2001 demo as a tribute to late VOIVOD guitarist Denis "Piggy" D'Amour. More...

E-Force Sign With Thundering Records

E-FORCE, the band featuring former VOIVOD bassist/vocalist Eric Forrest, have signed a new three-album deal with France's Thundering Records. The band will enter the studio in October in Toulouse, France with producer Patrick Fredrich to begin recording their sophomore album, tentatively due in early 2007.

E-FORCE have posted three songs from their 2006 demo on their MySpace.com page. Check out the tracks "Lobotomized", "Agent 99" and "Exterminator" at this location.

Watch E-Force's Performace Of "Satanic Rituals"

As previously reported, E-FORCE will be teaming up with CARPATHIAN FOREST, TSJUDER and WYKKED WYTCH for a European tour beginning in early February.

E-FORCE is the new band fronted by former VOIVOD bassist/vocalist Eric Forrest. The group's current lineup is rounded out by Dennis Rousell (guitar), Krof (drums) and Jerome Point (lead guitar). The band's debut album, "Evil Forces", was released in October 2003 via France's Season Of Mist. It was recorded at Wild Studio in St-Zenon, Quebec, Canada with producer Pierre Rémillard (CRYPTOPSY, KATAKLYSM, GORGUTS, KRISIUN)
