Disbelief Announces New Album Release Date

German metallers Disbelief, who had previously pushed back the release date of their new album "Heal," have now issued the following update about the album:

"The new Disbelief album Heal will be released on 05-21-2010 European wide! To celebrate our 20th-anniversary we recorded 8 songs including 3 cover versions and a remake of the classic track Shine. The remaining 4 new Disbelief songs are meant to be a tribute to bands who influenced us a lot over those 2 decades concerning their music and attitude! Besides this the release will contain a DVD with a complete Disbelief show of Walpurgis Metal Days in 2009!"

Disbelief Postpones Album Release Date

German metallers Disbelief have issued the following update about postponing the release date for their upcoming album:

"Disbelief decided to postpone the release of their new album HEAL to have enough time to do the mix-down and mastering without pressure of time!! Watch out for the date which will be definitely in May 2010! Again we had the pleasure to work with Matthias Richter who did the guitar-solos of 2 of the cover versions! We are really happy with the result so far, also working together with ANDY CLASSEN who will do mastering!! More news to come!"

Disbelief Announces New Album Release Date

Disbelief has issued the following statement about the release date of their upcoming album:

"The new Disbelief - album 'Heal' will be released on April, 23. 2010!!! We want to celebrate our 20th anniversary and recorded 4 new songs as a tribute to bands who influenced us a lot all over the years + 3 cover versions of really special bands, additional to that we re-recorded the title-track of the 2002-album SHINE to present it in a new sound shape!! Disbelief Recruits Touring Guitarist

Germany's Disbelief has issued the following statement about recruiting a new touring guitarist:

"Disbelief are happy to announce that Alex Hagenaur of the band Soul Demise will do the upcoming Hell Goes On Tour in January!! He replaces Alejandro Varela, who was not able to do these shows!! German death metal band Disbelief have issued the following announcement about gaining a new guitarist:

"We are happy to announce that our search for a new guitarist was successful: ALEJANDRO VARELA from Spain will join DISBELIEF to do all the upcoming shows!! He kicked our asses during the rehearsals and is a really nice guy!!

Disbelief Cancels Muya Festival Appearance

German death metal band Disbelief has issued the following statement about canceling their appearance at the Netherland's Muya Festival:

"We are sorry to announce that DISBELIEF is not able to do the MUYA-festival!!! It was not possible for us to find a second guitarist who could help us for this show!!

"Unfortunately Jonas Khalil is also busy with SACRED STEEL, so there was no other possibilty!! We really tried hard - thanx to the local promoter Kai who understands our situation! All the best for the MUYA-festival and maybe we can do another show together!! Sorry again, Joe and DISBELIEF"

Disbelief Targets Early 2009 For New Album

Massacre Records reports that Disbelief's next album will probably be released in April 2009.

Disbelief re-signed with Massacre Records to release their latest album, "Navigator," in early 2007, after releasing "66 Sick" in 2005 through Nuclear Blast Records.

Disbelief Part Ways With Guitarist

German death metallers DISBELIEF have amicably parted ways with guitarist Oliver "Olly" Lenz. The group is currently seeking a replacement. Interested parties can contact the band's vocalist Karsten "Jagger" Jäger at Jagger@disbelief.de.

As previously reported, DISBELIEF just entered MX studio in Buchen, Germany with producer Michael Mainx to record their seventh CD, entitled "Navigator". Songtitles set to appear on the CD include "Sacrifice", "The Thought Product", "Selected" and "Navigator". A February 26, 2007 release via Massacre Records is expected.

DISBELIEF re-signed with Massacre Records after issuing their last CD, "66 Sick" (2005), through Nuclear Blast Records. The band earlier in the year announced that guitarist Tommy Fritsch has joined the group as a full-time member following the departure of Olly Lenz late last year due to "health problems."

Disbelief, Falconer To Co-headline Night Of Power

German Deathcore band Disbelief will headline the Night Of Power Festival in the I-Park Hall Klingholz in Giebelstadt, Germany (near Würzburg) on October 15. Disbelief Featured In Metal Hammer's Meet & Greet

Disbelief will be the first band featured in the new Metal Hammer Forum section "Meet & Greet."

Starting at April 20th, fans will have the chance to ask questions to the band which will be answered later by the bandmembers themself. The "Meet & Greet"-Section will be opened for at least two weeks. In this period everybody is invited to ask the band whatever you always wanted to know about them. After the two weeks have passed the section will be closed for public and only the bandmembers will be able to login to reply the questions.
