Endezzma Announces Headlining Shows

Norwegian black metallers Endezzma have announced a short string of headlining dates in Germany and Netherlands this June:

06.06 - The Raven, Straubing (Germany)
07.06 - The Jack, Eindhoven (Netherlands)
08.06 - J.C. de Dukdalf, Wieringerwerf (Netherlands)
09.06 - Caffe Mukkes, Leeuwarden (Netherlands)

Formed back in 1992 by Morten Shax under the original name of Dim Nagel, Shax changed the name to Endezzma in 2007 after recruiting Trondr Nefas and transforming the band into what it is today.

Endezzma’s first release, the “Alone” MCD, appeared five years ago, and the 2012 release of the full-length album “Erotik Nekrosis” on Agonia Records was delayed by a series of setbacks, culminating in the tragic and untimely death of Nefas earlier this year. The line-up on the album includes Morten Shax on vocals, Trondr Nefas (Urgehal, Beastcraft, Vulture Lord) and Thomas Myrvold (Vulture Lord) on guitars, Sregroth (Urgehal, Åsmegin) on bass, Jarle Uruz Byberg (Urgehal, ex-Shining) on drums, and L.F.Frøislie (Wobbler, In Lingua Mortua) on synths. The following press release was also issued about the band:

"Endezzma offers up the cold atmosphere that permeated the sounds that came out of the original Norwegian Black Metal scene and combines them with eerie, seductive compositions to form the epitome of nekro requiems. The Endezzma of today can trace its roots back to 1992 with front man Morten Shax’s band Dim Nagel, which, as is often the case with bands, went through the usual vicissitudes of bankrupt labels and states of hibernation. It wasn’t until 2006 that Shax decided the time was right to start playing again and, recruiting Urgehal’s Trondr Nefas, set about transforming his old band. On the way to their first festival gig in 2007 Shax changed the name of the band to Endezzma, and the transformation was well and truly under way." More...
