The Southern rock inspired doom metal act Tombstone Highway has made available for streaming the entire debut album, "Ruralizer." The stream is available via Metal Recusants here.

Tombstone Highway Streaming New Track

Italy’s Southern/hard rock act Tombstone Highway has premiered "Acid Overlord," second song off the debut album entitled "Ruralizer," coming out March 12th in Europe and April 16th in North America on Agonia Records. The song can be streamed in the player below.

The album will feature guest appearances by electric guitar virtuoso Mario Percudani (HungryHeart, Mitch Malloy), Hammond maestro Paolo "Apollo" Negri (Wicked Minds, Black Widow, Hasselvander) and Razor SK (Forgotten Tomb).

Tombstone Highway Streaming New Song

Italy’s Southern rock/doom metal act Tombstone Highway has posted a new song off the debut album entitled "Ruralizer," coming out February 28th in Europe and March 19th in North America on Agonia Records. The song entitled "Bite the Dust (and Bleed)," features a guest appearance by electric guitar virtuoso Mario Percudani and can be heard below.

Apart from Mario Percudani, "Ruralizer" will also feature guest appearances by Hammond maestro Paolo "Apollo" Negri (Wicked Minds, Black Widow, Hasselvander) and Razor SK (Forgotten Tomb).

"Ruralizer" will consist of eight original songs and a cover of Mountain's "Mississippi Queen" with a playing time of almost 50 minutes. "Ruralizer" was recorded at Elfo Studios by Daniele Mandelli who is also in charge of mix and mastering. The band commented: "We're very proud of how the album came out and we strongly believe it's the perfect way to begin our legacy. People into heavy, ballsy southern-tinged Hard Rock should take note!"

Tombstone Highway Reveals "Ruralizer" Details

Italy's Southern hard rock act Tombstone Highway is to release a debut studio album entitled "Ruralizer" on the 26th of February in Europe and 19th of March in the USA via Agonia Records. Three tracks from "Ruralizer" can be heard at Tombstone Highway's Reverbnation profile here. The cover artwork and track listing is available below, and Agonia Records commented:

"The music of Tombstone Highway is a classic blend of feisty Stoner/Southern-Rock and Doom Metal, with catchy guitar solos and old-school heavy metal parts that may remind of Lynyrd Skynyrd, Corrison Of Conformity, Pride and Glory, Down, Black Sabbath, or even ZZ Top riffage. Apart from Hard Rock instruments, the band uses also a banjo and Hammond organs.

"Ruralizer will consist of 8 original songs and a cover of Mountain's Mississippi Queen with a playing time of almost 50 minutes and will be made available on Digipack CD and digital download. It was recorded at Elfo Studios by Daniele Mandelli who is also in charge of mix and mastering."

Tombstone Highway Signs With Agonia Records

Italy’s very own Tombstone Highway is the newest member of the Agonia Records roster, and the label commented on the signing:

"The band emerges from the muddy shores of The Po River in Piacenza and draws strong inspiration from the rural and folklore parts of its homeland. Their upcoming debut album is a classic blend of feisty Stoner/Southern Rock and Doom Metal, with catchy guitar solos and old-school heavy metal parts that may remind of Lynyrd Skynyrd, Corrison Of Conformity, Pride and Glory, Down, Black Sabbath, or even ZZ Top riffage. Apart from hard rock instruments, the band uses also a banjo and Hammond organs.
