Cavern And Anthesis Streaming Songs From Split Album

After announcing an upcoming split on Diminished Fifth Records, Anthesis (Formerly, The Daisy Anthesis) and Cavern have each unveiled a song off the upcoming release.

"Plague/Smog" by Cavern and 'Voices' by Anthesis can both be downloaded for free via Bandcamp or heard in the player below. They have also announced a series of upcoming tour dates with Halifax based metal band Dumpster Mummy:

Saturday, March 8th - Saint John, NB - Pub Down Under
Sunday, March 9th - Truro, NS - Douglas St Rec Center (all ages)
Monday, March 10th - Fredericton, NB - The Capital
Saturday, April 5th - Halifax, NS - Michael's Bar + Grill

"We've got a handful of shows set up around the Maritimes for the release of this album," commented vocalist and guitarists Scott Miller. "Cavern hasn't played a lot of these places so it'll be great to get that music out to a whole new audience. The shows we have set up so far are all with Dumpster Mummy from Halifax, who are also releasing their album 'Life Compacter' in March. It's going to be a different experience for Scott Lilly and I, with us both playing 2 sets every night with Cavern and Anthesis. I'm really looking forward to getting out there and playing for people."

The self-titled split features 10 songs (6 by Cavern and 4 by Anthesis) and will be available on Tuesday, March 11th on Diminished Fifth Records / D5 Digital.
