SPACED Premiere New Single & Music Video "Cause and Effect" From Upcoming New EP "No Escape"

Buffalo, NY’s self-proclaimed “far-out hardcore” outfit SPACED have signed with Pure Noise Records and are set to release their new EP, No Escape, on October 17th. From the Jay Zubricky–produced (Every Time I Die, Terror) project comes a freshly released music video for the track “Cause and Effect.” The official video for the song can be seen below.

Frontwoman Lexi Reyngoudt shared:

“This song expresses the anger and frustration we feel about our current society and the norms that are placed upon us. We’re told to be quiet and just obey but we really should be fighting back and speaking our minds. ‘Cause and Effect’ is an anthem for the times: ‘You pushed us too far; now it’s time we push back.'

I want this record to reach new people and show them that hardcore doesn’t have to just be the tough guys. It can be anybody. We’re a band that loves to play with the heaviest of bands and the softest of bands, and that’s what’s really cool about this. People have called us a gateway band, and to be in a scene like this is, I think, just the coolest thing.”
