You can be in Mudvayne's first video ("Fucking Determined") off their forthcoming album (early 2005 release). Here are the video shoot details:

Where: The Avalon (formerly the Limelight) at 20th St. & 6th Ave in New York City.
When: Sunday October 17th at 1pm Come down if you want to be in the video! First come first served.
