Way back in 1987 I bought a LP from a band named NECRONOMICON ´cause the cover looked cool (who hasn´t done that?). It turned out to be "apocalyptic nightmare", their second release. I was hooked immediatly. No other band in those days (and a lot of present day) could play that death-thrash sounding as complex and melodic, and accompanied with an aggresive voice actually SINGING! This remains one of my favorite. I hope that this long overdue recording matches the intensity they had back then. NECRONOMICON RULES!!!!
