Motorhead recently updated the band's official website with this announcement about canceling an upcoming live show:
"We are sorry to report that Motörhead will be forced to cancel the appearance in Milan, Jun 25th. The band regret it very much but will make it up to all the fans as soon as possible."
However, according to the See-Rock Festival Facebook page, this cancellation is due to serious health issues with vocalist Lemmy. The post (translated from Italian) reads as follows:
There are very sorry to announce that the Motörhead have their appearance at the Lake Rock Festival tomorrow Saturday to cancel!
Mastermind Lemmy Kilmister can not perceive his appearance! Due to acute hematoma which cause great pain and therefore him his doctor then fly has granted.
To get more equivalent in this short time was impossible but nevertheless we succeeded to get one of the best Austrian rock bands as a replacement. ALKBOTTLE will assume this Honorable task. New running order:
Limp Bizkit
Slayer
Oomph
Alkbottle
Icebreaker

Parazite X
Further details on Lemmy's health issues (and whether additional dates will be affected) will be announced as they are made available.
