I wouldn't jump to say that his "personality change", if you will, is totally attributed to money. Corey's been through a lot of landmark events through the last 10 years or so. He has a family now, he quit drinking, finally met his biological father a few years back, etc. People change drastically in a matter of years, and Corey's an example of that.

LOL... BG1 strikes again. Nice one ;)
I personally liked Slipknot's first 2 albums cos they were so mad and intense (actually more for those reasons than musically), but clearly Corey's moved on.
Agreed, Corey hasn't got anything to be angry about anymore.
With awards on the shelve, money in the bank, that's it. Now he can sit by the fireplace reading House & Garden petting his hamster.
There's no reason for this man to be screaming "F'*ck it all, f*ck this world, f*ck everything that you stand for" onstage anymore.

taylor is a pretty good songwritter and not to bad when it comes to poetry, but i miss his early days with slipknot when he was 8, this guy today is talented yet just does not have that fire, anger and intensity that i enjoyed watching him display about 10 years ago.
