Canadian death kings Kataklysm have reached an agreement with Linus Ent./Warner Music Canada regarding the re-release of the band's "Victims Of This Fallen World" (1998) and "Northern Hyperblast Live" (1999) albums — a "deal that will benefit both parties involved," according to a press release. "The band is happy that this got solved in a good way. It's not something you see often in the music business."

The U.S. release will contain the new version of "Victims Of This Fallen World" (newly re-recorded, remixed and remasterd) and "Northern HyperbLast" live DCD (2 in 1), Canada and Europe will get the original version of "Victims…"/"Northern Hyperblast Live" DCD (2 in 1), while both Europe and Canada will see the new version of "Victims Of This Fallen World" released separately sometime in 2005.

Here is the releases schedule:

USA: Candlelight USA/Caroline (October)
Canada: Linus Ent./Warner Music Canada (September)
Europe: Blackend/Phd (September)
