ok well to Emperor4Ever, there are many different "devil signs" as you put it. in Italy they have what's called the "evil eye", which is considered Satanic, it consists of your pinky and thumb left sticking out and your other appendages left in. kinda like the surfing sign. and then there is the "regular" horns up gesture that everybody does but that also means a number of things, like "rock on" and "i love you" and "go longhorns".
it's really more of an interpretation of your own than a meaning in itself.
