Death Angel Track Appears On Carls Jr. Commercial For Jalapeno Turkey Burgery
The Carls Jr. fast food chain has a new commercial for a jalapeno turkey burger featuring music from an unexpected source: long running U.S. thrash act Death Angel.
Check out the commercial below, which includes a 30 second clip from the 10+ minute track "The Ultra-Violence." The song is the title track off the 1987 album of the same name. You can also hear the full track after the jump.

There aren't many ways Metal gets introduced to the public. The mainstream media usually Ignores the genre. Good for Carls jr and hardy's for recognizing the Metal, especially a Band like Death Angel and not a band like metallica or Disturbed. Not to take anything away from those two bands but its just that everybody knows who they are already. The Only people I know who know who Death Angel are Metal fans. know any body who sees this commercial will here the music and hopefully this will help the genre a little bit. Not that it needs help, even though Metal lacks mainstream recognition yet it still has very devout and numerous followers.
