Hooded Menace Shooting New Music Video For "Crumbling Insanity"
Death/doom lords Hooded Menace are gearing up to release "Effigies of Evil" on September 11th via Relapse Records. The band is also beginning to work with director Justin Oakey of Burial Offerings (Ulver, Hex Vessel, etc) on a clip for the track "Crumbling Insanity." The video is a concept piece based around the Fall of the House of Usher. A screenshot of the video can be sampled here.
"Effigies of Evil" is available for pre-order now at the Relapse online store. Hooded Menace has already unleashed the title track from "Effigies of Evil" for streaming online at this location.
Hooded Menace has scheduled a few live outings in Europe. Dates are as follows:
August 18 - Helsinki, Finland @ Lepakkomies (w/ Horse Latitude)
August 30 - Copenhagen, Denmark @ Kill-Town Death Fest
November 17 - Madrid, Spain @ Sala El Grito (w/ Dead Congregation)
