"The track was written about the Fukushima Daiichi, Japan nuclear disaster, a series of equipment failures, nuclear meltdowns, and releases of radioactive materials at the Fukushima I Nuclear Power Plant following the Tohoku earthquake and tsunami on March 11, 2011.

"The song talks about the struggles involved, and the amazing ability of the Japanese people to overcome such a tragedy."

That's gotta be Stu on vocals. Anyone know when this was recorded?

This "Fukushima" thing of theirs has been in the works for quite a while, too long if u ask me. It doesn't take years to write and produce a single... it takes years to write and produce an album.

^Ya Bam, I would think that this advertised 'single' is just one song from an 'album' ;)

Yes, Block on primary vox, but I'm pretty sure that that this represents his last stint with this band....I believe their new vocalist is female?

I like how he shed light on a situation everyone has forgotten about. The sterilization of nations to come, our food, water and livelihoods all at stake. Yet everyone believe particles with a half life of 24000 years will just disappear in weeks.

Yup, most people forgot bout that sh** weeks after it happened, even when the nuclear radiation was spreading... The ignorance and apathy of this human race if going to destroy this planet in the end.

The new vocalist is okay, but his range is quite limited compared to the previous vocalist...
