That's f***ing gay....... Slipknot got the spotlight taken away from them by Disturbed in '08... Slipknots drummer Joey or w/e can't even play his own sh** live... He starts slowing down cuz he can't play as fast as on the record, so the whole band starts to f*** up. More than twice the band stopped playing partway through their song cuz Joey f***ed up, and Taylor lost his voice halfway through their set, so he couldnt scream right or even do any clean vocals... he just wouldnt sing sometimes cuz his voice was gone... Slipknot is a studio band, like Soulfly they suck live really bad

Hear also that Motorhead's on this thing. Slayer supporting Slipknot is fvckin' hilarious! But hell, they supported M. Manson on this thing three years ago,so oh well. Its cool though, get a headstart on beating traffic, bail after Slayer. NP: Amon Amarth- War of the Gods

KDogg,Korn played last year on this. I wouldnt truly know that, because i left after Megadeth. Im shocked some sh*t like Nickelback,Seether,or Five Finger Death Punch aint headliners on this. I hope the band to be announced is friggen Cannibal Corpse! That would make the sissys run for cover!

Am I really the only one who's more-or-less stoked about this lineup? To hell with Prada, Alex, Chapel, and AILD, but knowing that High on Fire, Anthrax, and SLAYER are on the bill I'm flippin my sh!t on them being there! As for the Knot I too am slightly disappointed that they're headlining once again, but I still have a tolerance for them. I could care less for any of their "All Hope is Gone" stuff and a bit of "Vol. 3" but I can't deny the fact that they put on a good show.

I can't believe slipknot is headlining over slayer...that is complete and utter bullsh**...other than high on fire most of the other bands suck...i'll still go and it will be nice to be able to leave right after slayer...why does europe get the awesome metal festivals and we here in the states get crap?

Post 35: Motorhead was initially on the origional tour posrter,so who knows. Hopefully Motorheads mainstage, they add another band in March. Yea,Slayer,Motorhead,Anthrax,High on Fire would get me to leave the house, purchase a 25 dollar lawn tic for this. Can never see those bands enough;hell, might be tempted to see part of Slipknots set, even though i havent liked anything by them since Iowa.

f*** this whole line up and festival now that hardcore has taken over the whole thing and with all do respects to slayer, anthrax, and high on fire. i hear rumors about ozzfest comin back and the line up for that show and there saying 29 dates are on the tour. the should also bring back sound of the underground

lold@#4. I haven't listened to Slipknot in years, but I will still defend them against ignorant pricks like you. Your whole story about Joey not being able to play his sh**, and Corey's voice giving out is just a straight up lie. Slipknot is the polar opposite of a studio band, seen em four times now and I will still vouch that they are some of the best performers in metal. It's blatant retards like you who give Slipknot a bad rep, spreading sh** about Joey not being able to drum, LOL.

& also, I don't know why Slayer even puts up with this stupid show anymore, I wouldn't go to this concert if you payed me, even for Slayer. Wouldn't be worth it if I have to sit through As I lay Dying, Asking Alexandria, The Devil Wears Prada, and (worst of all) Whitechapel.

I think this year was brilliantly drawn up, i !!LOVE!! the line up. Not relaly a fan of slayer or MoterHead which has been rumored about being the special guest. Asking alexandria, as i lay dying, TDWP, and white chapel this year is going to be the heaviest and most ruthless set yet. but next year i suggest to get rid of the old school bands and get more metal core. i vote for parkway drive, and Amarna Reign for main stage next year.
