Onslaught Announces First Ever North American Tour Dates

U.K. thrashers Onslaught announced that they will tour the U.S. and Canada in support of the latest LP "Sounds Of Violence" (reviewed here) for the first time in the band's 28 year career.

The tour will feature M-Pire Of Evil, featuring Ex-Venom members Tony "Demolition Man" Dolan, Antton Lant and Jeff "Mantas" Dunn. The band will present original and Venom material. In addition, the reunited EvilDead will join the tour for the U.S. west coast dates.

The first confirmed dates are as follows:

March 2012:

19 - Seattle, WA - Studio 7
20 - Portland, OR - Hawthorne Theatre
21 - Oakland, CA - The Pound
22 - Los Angeles, CA - Ecoplex
23 - San Diego, CA - Jumping Turtle
24 - Tempe, AZ - 910 Live
26 - San Antonio, TX - The Korova
27 - Laredo, TX - TBA
29 - St. Louis, MO - Fubar
30 - Chicago, IL - Reggies
31 - Dayton, OH - House of Rock

April 2012:

1 - Detroit, MI - Blondies
3 - Toronto, ON - Wrek Room
4 - Montreal, QC - The Katacombs
6 - Rochester, NY - Montage Music Hall
7 - Brooklyn, NY - Saint Vitus Bar
