All Else Failed - Failed To Break Up

Since announcing their impending break-up last February, Pennsylvania's All Else Failed has ultimately had a change of heart and will be releasing a new record later this year. Here's a portion of a statement from the band:

"We thought for a long time about packing it in. But what else would we do? We originally decided to start a new band, kill AEF and move on in a new direction, and for that matter we did. We started writing new songs and trying out drummers, not for AEF but this new project. That went on for a while, a long while, and then we decided that there was still some gas left in the tank."

The group will be in the studio next month recording roughly fifteen songs for a full-length, which will hit stores this summer via an unspecified label (their most recent label, Now Or Never Records, was recently purchased by Century Media Records).
