Black Sabbath Begins Rehearsing Again

Speaking recently with Terrorizer magazine, Black Sabbath guitarist Tony Iommi confirmed that the original lineup of the band, including drummer Bill Ward, recently rehearsed old music together, further fueling the heavy rumours that the group will be reuniting for a world tour and maybe even a new album.

In the chat, Iommi stated: "We’ve had a rehearsal and played some of the old stuff and to be together again was great. We’re all on good terms and we’re at a stage where we can play together again. It would be good if we could and I suppose it’s the closest it’s been to be able to do that. It could happen!"

I know Iommis got some riffs left in him,Geezers got some lyrics,so i got my fingers crossed one last Sabbath record drops in '12. Boris opened their show in Oberlin, Ohio by piping some Black Sabbath music through the speakers right before they took the stage. A few of us were commenting about how awesome it would be if the original lineup would get back together and play again. So psyched.

... and Boris was amazing. Really nice people too, very charming and respectful after the show.
