American modern metal act Trivium has posted a new video trailer online to promote its forthcoming new studio album. The as-yet-untitled release is expected to hit store shelves sometime in the late summer of 2011. You can view the teaser in the player below.

I thought it was a pretty decent teaser video, showing the location of where they're creating the album. For me, makes me wonder how the location will influence the style of the music. And the acoustic track wasn't bad either; provides something different from the usual teaser sound. Overall allows the viewer to create their own impression of what the album will sound like.

you know this could very well be just an intro to their cd, they have similar stuff on their past albums and they are simply used as intros.... so i guess we just have to wait and see what happens.
