Dew-Scented Check In With An Update

German thrashers Dew Scented have made the following announcement on their official site:

"Hi everybody...

So what's happening? First of all, thanks a lot for the great feedback on our new album "Impact". It's great to hear that you don't seem to feel let down or disappointed - But hey, we were promising a really heavy, relentless release, so...haha!

Please take a lok at the Reviews section in case you wanna get an overview of the press coming in so far for "Impact". Apparently the limited Digipak and the 2-LP (with "Inwards" at bonus) are going well, so make sure to grab your personal copy as long as those editions last...

Good news for North America too: The street date of "Impact" through Nuclear Blast America is soon to happen...actually by the next week (October 21st, some days later than initially announced here), so watch out! And guess what - Dew-Scented have been confirmed to return to the US at last for a cool festival appearance:

While we are waiting for the Nile / Misery Index as well as X-Mass Festival-Tour (Destruction, Deicide, Amon Amarth, Nile, Misery Index, Graveworm, etc.) dates to start (see full list of coming show at the bottom of this message), we are already busy booking up more show for early 2004 and we will be announcing those very soon here on this site!

On another topic, November 10th will see the re-release through Nuclear Blast Records of our second and third album "Innoscent" & "Ill-Natured" on a single disc (77 minutes of Thrash!!!) in remastered shape with new cover artwork, extensive booklet, liner notes, additional photos, etc. This re-release is meant to satisfy all of you who are re-discovering the roots of Dew-Scented but who can't find the original versions of the releases (which are out of print, by the way), so this will hopefully sound like a good idea to you. See cover artwork HERE...

Next up (this weekend) are shows in Holland and Germany with the likes of Trivium, Heaven Shall Burn, Darkest Hour, Naglfar and more - see you out there!

Feel free to get in touch with us directly at info@dew-scented.de if you want a list of brand-new merchandise available from us. Otherwise, keep it extreme and hopefully see you out on the road somewhere soon...

Horns up"
