he's a total hypocrite he said on the show that he thinks bands like Avenged Sevenfold and Disturbed are bands that help lead into heavier stuff. On the show, for his metal album for 2010 he picks Sevendust, and plays the top 10 (worst 10) music videos from all intro metal bands. Comon Headbangers Ball, get someone who knows all the genres of metal to host your show rather then some punk @ss annoying kid from new york.

I thought it was a good show. But am I missing something here? Deftones as album of the year? I thought it was an ok showing with a few really good songs... but it wasn't even enought to make me pick it up, honestly, much less consider it for album of the year.

agreed DB. i like deftones just as much as the next guy, but even i believe them to be considered NOT "metal enough" to be even considered (in fact) "metal".
