"Avenged Sevenfold regretfully announce they will not be performing at the upcoming Soundwave in Australia. It took a lot of effort to decide??
And why can't they offer the live experience we have come to expect. There are a bazzillon drummers that can step in between now and next March surely.

the reason they pulled out - they didnt want a day time slot for their nightmare show, which is fair enough
but then they whinged about being put on at the same time at maiden, effectively trying to push maiden into a daytime slot.
im a big a7x fan, but even i will say they were complete wankers.
