Slipknot Frontman Comments On Upcoming Shows Via Twitter

Band Photo: Slipknot (?)
Slipknot frontman Corey Taylor has issued the following statement through his official Twitter account, discussing the band's future plans:
"Yes- we are playing Sonisphere UK. And a few others to be announced. Like I said, shows? Yes. Album? No. Baby steps, people. For the fans. Honestly, I don’t know how to feel about the tour. But it’s for the fans, and for the family. We’ll see. I don’t know WHEN I’ll be ready to make an album. Might not be for years. But we will definitely play shows. We’ll see what happens."

Slipknot sucks, they're a studio band.
i remember seeing DragonForce live, and it sucked. They played slower, but they still played their songs right. Slipknot tried playing FASTER, and mr. sh**ty drummer couldnt keep pace and was slowing and speeding up his tempo... oooooooo u can play sideways! now stop showing off with ur flashy stage gymnastics and play a drum solo without slowing down and throwing the rest of the 8 members off timing, f***ing douchebag band...
as u can tell, slipknots not my cup of tea

I dont know how the f*** to abbreviate your name (Post 7): How many times have you seen Slipknot? Was it just one time? Perhaps "mr. sh**ty drummer" was not on his game? You can't base your opinions of a band around one show.
Also, if you want to express your opinion, do it in a civil and mature manner. Sarcasm and empty insults won't get you far in terms of being listened to.
P.S. I love how you end your bashing of this band with a "NP", just to show how bad-ass your music taste really is.

thanks billpower, i was venting... they were my fav band before then, and that seriously demoralized me.
then i hear from other people who've seen them from other venues and they say the same. is mr. drummer never on his game then?

it'd be interesting to see them perform without Paul. I'm not a big fan of slipknot, but I'd hate to see a band fall apart due to tragedy. it'd be awesome if Paul's death inspired them to be better.
