Lake of Tears Close to New Deal

Lake of Tears' Daniel Brennare has posted the latest news on the bands process of signing a new record deal. “We're currently in the end of the signing contract process. This is with a lot of mixed emotions. These guys seem really good, honest and supportive so we're really looking forward to work with them ... but to put your name on a bunch of papers again, huh, that hurts.

Rehearsals are coming on quite well. We've played through some of the old songs and we're actually beginning to feel that we can play them (almost). So, the time will soon come for trying out new material ...

The plan now is to record the album during the first half of 2004 and then to play some shows later on that year. So, see you then!

Many thanks again for all your support, it means a lot to us.”
