DevilDriver Checks In With New Road Report
DevilDriver guitarist Mike Spreitzer has checked in from the road with the following tour report:
"Today is Mike's blog day! Today we are in Vienna, Austria with Fear Factory. We've been here probably 5 or 6 times and every time we are here I try to go visit Mozart's old house that has been turned into a museum. But every time its either closed or completely on the other side of town. I'm not even going to try today. But it would be cool to see.
"I heard the show is sold out. Hopefully that statement is accurate. If so, it should be a great show. Hope all of you are doing well and I can't wait for all of you to hear the new record. For those of you that felt Pray For Villains wasn't heavy enough, this record is like getting a cinder block covered with acid hurled at your head by King Kong. ENJOY!"

Well... TECHNICALLY, if we're going to get all nit-picky here, the "cinder block" in question that's covered in "acid" wouldn't be very heavy, being as the "acid" in question is probably pretty corrosive.... meaning King Kong is doing nothing but throwing a pile of goo at your head.
How did King Kong get the acid, anyway? Shouldn't we be more concerned about the giant monkey that has access to a warehouse full of acid and cinder blocks?
Otherwise, can't wait to hear this new album.
