Has post #1 even heard Black Gives Way to Blue, well if you haven't it's f***in' amazing. In my opinion it's the best hard rock album since Stadium Arcadium by the Peppers. Long story short, Valentine_no_more is a p***y. Glad I got my ticket before it sold out. STAY METAL MY FRIENDS!

Black Gives Way to Blue is a great album, and having seem them live with William DuVall (sp?) I can say that they f***ing rock. However devin put it pretty well with the whole RHCP thing...just...uh...no.

Anyway glad I had a chance to see them on the first leg of their tour up in Indy. Hopefully they'll be back in the states with more midwest shows soon!

whats up with the valentino 'knot head??? is he 'special' of somethin? doesn't he know that over half the damn bands out there 'shouldn't exist' because they are not comprised of 100% bona fide ORIGINAL members?

his library must be VERY little.... :)

I first saw alice when they opened for the Clash of the Titans in the spring of '91, and even us hardened (and at that point, somewhat narrow minded) slaytanic whermacht young'uns thought AIC was fvcking bad-ass

...would love to see them with duvall, haven't got the chance yet

Nobody could replace layne,? Whatever his name is. I saw this new singer roll up and before he sang one note i said to myself whats lenny kravitz 's brother doing in this band? Waiting for disaster to strike i waited for him to sing and i was shocked. He isn't layne but he might be the closet thing. R.i.p layne

Lane Staley you schmucks!!!!! Stanley??? God it's depressing how f***ing lame some of you are, most so far have not been total idiots though. Saw em in KC Sunday and was absolutely blown away!!! Couldn't believe they sounded so PERFECT!!! I'm a prude when it comes to live music and I found not one flaw with the show. I'm the only one of my friends that didn't see em with Layne and everyone of them guys loved the show, and a few were very critical prior to seeing them, but those qualms are cooled now.
