First off, to answer post #2, the song is "Wherein Lies Continue" from Slipknot's new album "All Hope is Gone." Second off, why the f*** does Mick Thomson have a signature acoustic guitar? Third off, who f***in' cares. I still like Slipknot's music a lot, but they're as much of a product as much as they're a band nowadays. Me and my friends tried to meet Mick before a show last year and he was completely blowing us off and being a d***. I still have faith in the band though. STAY METAL MY FRIENDS!

I've never understood signature guitars (apart from the Joe Perry Gibson Les Paul which is absolutely an awesome LP and even reasonably priced).
Having said that, I guess someone buys them as more and more of them are coming on the market.
But, seriously; Even if you have a kick-ass guitarist like Alexi Laiho, who's gonna pay +3000USD for a custom Alexi Laiho ESP, when you can have your own custom guitar made for that price by various guitar builders?
I don't get it, and I suspect I never will.
