Nasum Bassist Quits

Nasum bassist Jesper Liveröd is set to leave the group in the summer to concentrate on his other band, Burst.

As previously reported, NASUM's new CD, "Helvete" (Swedish for "Hell"), was recorded at Sweden's Soundlab Studios and features guest appearances from Shane Embury (Napalm Death) and Jörgen Sandström (Entombed, ex-Grave). The band will be issuing a split EP with Napalm Death soon, with Nasum covering the Napalm classic "Unchallenged Hate" and Napalm Death covering Nasum's "The Masked Face", from the band's now-classic 1998 release "Inhale / Exhale".
