TheDownGoing Issues New Year Recording Update

Australian grindcore act TheDownGoing has issued the following update about tour dates and recording in 2010:

"Grindwhore's and blastsluts... With the new decade upon us, a tdg update might be needed. We got the last ever gig at the historic underground venue, above the spanish, in january... joined by our favourite audio rapists MOTHER EEL + those nice boys from GRANNYFIST have agreed to travel to sydney to play aswell. This is THE LAST TIME anything will happen at this venue... so come enjoy some vicious grind on SATURDAY 16th JANUARY before the building collapses in on itself.

"Then we gear up to enter the Brain Studios from the 27th of January. We've got 19 tracks of nihilistic grind to lay down, including some tracks from the demo, a whole heap of new material and even a little cover-song. News forthcoming on release plans. And to celebrate our release from the torturous confines of the recording studio, thedowngoing are going to get blind wasted and assault everyone at THE LANSDOWNE HOTEL in sydney on FRIDAY 12th FEBRUARY. and if tdg aren't enough to sell you on this free event, there's also MICHAEL CRAFTER + BEER CORPSE + ADRIFT FOR DAYS (featuring members of Ebolie, Intrepid, Omerata and Kill A Celebrity) + one more tba.
