Oh no... WHY?? I mean, Soundgarden was good, but when they pulled the plug, it was only a wise decision as they´d turn to embarrassing sh1te.
So the only crap band to reunite now is the english band BUSH.
God help us (well, god doesnt have time for me, so perhaps Lucifer? Budha, Allah, well anyone!! Help us!!)

Soundgarden was a very good band back in the day, but now Chris Cornell is too much of a toolbag to have any respect anymore in my opinion. Kim Thayil = underrated guitarist. STAY METAL MY FRIENDS!

I hope that they aren't trying to catch in on the success of AIC. Alice in Chains took a big chance with their new singer, and it just so happened that it kicked a$$ and they lucked out. These dudes on the other hand, I mean, what are they going to play? Travel up and and down the west coast playing their old songs, audioslave and solo covers? Sounds lame to me. I dig these guys, but I'd rather throw on my ipod if I want to hear some Soundgarden.

Gmac: Actually, they did break-up in the mid-90's. Do you remember the band Mad Season? Staley sang for them on their album while Cantrell did guitars and vocals for AIC at the time (on the self-titled album ['95?]). AIC got back together briefly a few years later to record one song and put it on a best-of compilation.
