Bassist Jon Miller of DevilDriver has issued the following announcement about working on new material for an upcoming album:

"Dear DevilDriver fans, we are in Graz, Austria today with behemoth, scar symmetry and Arsis. We have 2 more weeks in Europe before we go home for a minute and then go to Australia. We now have six songs in the bag for the new album which we are looking to record sooner than later. We want to go faster and heavier on this one to answer any question on a 'direction' that we may be undertaking. We will keep you all up to date on this. That's all for now."

i didnt mind pray for villains, but to me they lost touch slightly on it.. i reckon they are doing a quick turn around to quickly put out something more ballsy for anyone who may have been disappointed by the last effort.. i reckon theyve received some bad feedback and are gona pump the next one out faster. still cant wait to see them in a few weeks for the 3rd time BRING ON THE CIRCLE PIT!!
