Anthrax Confirmed For Australia's Soundwave Festival 2010
American thrash metal legends Anthrax has confirmed that they will be a part of next year's edition of Australia's Soundwave Festival. They have revealed that former singer John Bush will once again be on vocals, who also performed lead vocals at England's Sonisphere Festival and will also be performing with the band at Japan's Loud Park Festival.
Also on the bill will be Faith No More, Meshuggah, Trivium, Anvil, Eagles Of Death Metal, Clutch and many more. The dates of the festival are as follows:
February 20 - Brisbane, Australia - RNA Showgrounds
February 21 - Sydney, Australia - Eastern Creek Raceway
February 26 - Melbourne, Australia - Showgrounds
February 27 - Adelaide, Australia - Bonython Park
March 1 - Perth, Australia - Steel Blue Oval

saw John Bush pull vocals on the 'thrax a few years ago and he was frickin awesome! (still not the same as seeing Joey in full flight but not bad by any stretch of the imagination). and have to agree, i'm yet to see any band of the last 5 years with a better catalogue of tunes than those f**ks... :))
