As I Lay Dying Issues New Album Recording Update

Tim Lambesis of As I Lay Dying has issued the following update about recording a new album:
"Hi everyone,
"Songwriting has been going well with about 6-7 songs done. We decided to officially start recording the new AILD album on Oct 17. At that point we'll record as many songs as we can and then finish the album around the new year. I think this will be a good way to spread out our songwriting since most of our previous records have always been written within a few months.
"In the mean time, I had some free time to record a new Austrian Death Machine album which comes out TODAY! If you can't play metal and also have fun, then what's the point, right? Hopefully some of you AILD fans will pick it up, and thanks so much to everyone who already got their copy from the pre-order."

they did the right thing getting the new guitar players on "shadows" i hated that 94 hrs and forever everything on that album but the drumming really.. tht is why this bnd gets crap they released the commercial crap a$$ album first and they were outspoken christians which got them a lot of undeserverd crap but like george carlin said "keep thy religion to thy self"...but i have enjoyed the past two releases quite a bit and am looking forward to this one alot they really step it up leaps and bounds everytime while refining their core sound i think an ocean between us is one of the most solid releases to come from this genre and one that will be remembered a long time... and is he one of the most talented drummers out right now ..hells to the yes he is...
