I don't think Alice in Chains should still exist since the REAL lead singer died in '02 or so. You can't continue on without those amazing vocals....it seems very pointless

I must say I started out with the same opinion as Valentine until I heard the new song. Now I must agree with Diamond on this one. The new song is fantastic and if it is any indication of how the rest of the album is going to be then I am glad that they have decided to continue on.

Haven't heard "Check Your Brain" but the other released track "A Looking In View" is pretty good.

I thought "A Looking In View" was alright but it went on for far too long and I'm not stupid enough to pin my problem with a song on the new singer, who's very good.

Now playing: Alice In Chains - I Stay Away

I think a lot of people have the same opinion of AIC as Valentine, but I also think that will change when the album drops.

I was 100% against the idea of AIC name being used without Layne in the beginning. Im kinda warming up to it now a bit, the new stuff sounds like AIC, but I´d still prefer if they used a different name. Oh well, Im sure the album will be great.
