Manson didn't cover Pink Floyd. You're thinking of Class of '99 which is all over the internet (Limewire first) as being done by Marilyn Manson. Couldn't be more wrong. Check out the soundtrack to The Faculty. That's where you'll find Class of '99's version and you'll see that's the track you're talking about.
