No they just never apealed to me. They are deathcore very few deathcore bands are any apealing to me. Not to say they are not good but I just never got into them. I saw them live was not impressed neither was august burn red. Carnifix and BDM where good. obituary owned as well did COB.

I agree Pacific Coliseum, like 16000 ppl. AWESOME to see metal that big. I'm glad, because it's the only music that still makes sense anymore. I'm excited. In flames is like my fave band ever, I love KSE and am stoked for there new album. As well as I like Protest and Between the Buried & Me, has really grown on me too. From a musical standpoint, "colors" is a masterpiece and Progressive Metalcore?, that's like the most ridiculously difficult genre ever.

in flames and kse together!?!?!? f**king amazing!!! thats like this yr.'s mayhem fest lineup!!! talk about "z0mg!!" lol. but yes it does blows huge monkey balls that there's no u.s. dates =\ which is an epic fail in america's prt kuz no one likes playing here, europe and asia are like the places to play. and even LESS action down here in miami f**king florida, where there's like NO metal scene almost at all!!! >.> FML

I did. Quite a few times. Never really got me hooked though. Could have been there guitar tones. The riffs were really hit and miss for me. I preferred there clean stuff. Depending on the new KSE album I might have to check this show out in van city. PC would be an awesome venue too.

VanCity prelsale tickets from the Fox go on sale on friday too, and the password is Flames.
When I saw In Flames last time with ATR and Gojira they said they would shoot their next DVD in Vancouver... that would be sweet. I will admit I am more excited to see KSE, they are much more entertaining when they play a show. They still have fun. In Flames seem too well polished, if that makes sense, too set in their routine.

FAN : france MAY just b the biggest pu55y country but at least they have GOJIRA!! i prefer them over kataklysm, voivod (whom i don't like at all) and strapping young lad (meh =\). the best, most br00tal, and most }\/{3+@|_ country is, of course, sweden!! dark tranquility, soilwork, and IN f***in' FLAMES!!!
\m/ heaven shall burn - "black tears" \m/
^^^ edge of sanity cover, just in case no one knows about HSB, they're almost kinda like the LOG of germany.

France has gojira AND Hacride, two of my favorite bands right now, but they have yet to win a single war, sooo.....p***ies.
I always get surprised as hell whenever someone replies "meh" or "they're alright" to Strapping young Lad. I mean, Devin Fvcking Townshend, and Gene goddamned Hoglan, both in one band. I suggest you go back and start listening to more SYL, trust me, you're overlooking a gem sir.
I would say the most br00tal country in terms of music has got to be britain. At least imo. Napalm Death, ted Maul, Extreme Noise Terror, Leng Tche, you get the idea. not to mention Iron Maiden. Go read some Iron Maiden lyrics and tell me that they arent br00tal as fvck. Go ahead, try lol

I don't think 'Deathcore' is the proper term for BTBAM. Don't get me wrong, they certainly have qualities that may be called deathcore, but progressive is all I've ever felt fit them as far labels go. Their prevailing sound I would say is more metalcore than deathcore. But I still really wish to refrain from labeling them because of their progressive side. You start pinning these bands into a corner if you begin labeling them (progressive bands that is). Like Gojira, however, I'd prefer to see BTBAM headline. Their material is so vast and yes, long, that I think it inappropriate to judge their live show based on an opening slot.

WTF! They better expand this to a North American Tour! In Flames and Killswitch together would be sick.
