Ok, here's my problem with Machine Head and Chimera. MH went from thrash to nu to core and now they are pretending to be NWOAHM. They also did a rap album and are political morons who try to jump on the 'I hate Bush' bandwagon but fail miserably. They fall where the wind tells them to blow and that makes them suck. Chimera on the other hand like to pretend they are Motley Crue by making a video in a strip club which you don't do because YOU ARE METAL NOT ROCK and should not stoop to the same levels as Poison and that ilk. As metal musicians you are held to a higher standard and when you violate that standard you are subject to ridicule and obscurity.

it's spelt Chimaira.
Machine Head are way overrated. Their only good song is Aesthetics Of Hate. Cradles first few albums suck, but the rest are good, except Nymphetamine. Everyone says Thornography was their worst, but I disagree. The only problem I have with it is that about three or four different line ups perform on it, and Ville Valo was on it. *Vomits* Godspeed..... has some good bits, but I'm glad I decided not to see them perform live. They suck real bad live.

Manny Man and D4D: I've had this conversation more times than I care to admit, but here we go again. MFH are incredible live and produce with precision the same raw energy on stage as they deliver in the studio. The only album that MFH has ever put out that I would not recommend is Supercharger, but not because it was Nu-Metal, because it just sucked by MFH standards. I would challenge you to identify one album (yes even Supercharger had a few) that doesn't have at least one hard a$$ hitting metal song on it. For instance, Burning Red (probably the most malligned album by them) at least had Exhale the Vile and Devil With the Kings card which are undeniably metal as FVCK and in no way shape or form could ever be considered Nu-metal. The Nu-metal/Rap crap push came from the label and at least they didn't devote their whole album to it, they just threw a couple of tunes on there to appease the exec's who were beginning to write them off because people were not buying as many Machine Head CD's as they were Korn. In the end, they lost their label anyway, but hell, you can't blame them for trying to hang on to their careers. Lastly, believe me, Rob didn't jump on a "I hate Bush" bandwagon, he's been driving that wagon for a very long time. lol.

meh, I kind of like Machine Head. I liked The Blackening, but not much else...Cradle of Filth, however, sucks. Their only good album(well, the only good one I've heard) was Cruelty and the Beast. Great album. I still HATE Dani Filth's voice(he's named 'filth' for a reason)

This is the absolute gayest band on the planet. Worse than Drowning Pool, Machine Head, Chimera and Avenged Sevenblah combined. And the chick lead singer looks like she needs a bath.
