Just 11 songs?...c'mon man make it a double disc with 30 songs. Make it another "Meltdown" and "Live In London." Either way, this album will definitely crush skulls.

Yeah, 11 songs is short-ish, but this is no doubt well worth the wait!

I dunno. I love Judas Priest but eleven songs recorded all over the place doesn't really seem worth my money. If I win the the lottery or something and had cash coming out my ears then I would buy it, but I'm not gonna make a point of it.

Oz, the thing is, I havent heard a live recording/album of Priest that I'd be ecstatic about. So I guess I'm just hoping this'd be it

Aye fair enough. I have the Rising In The East DVD they released a few years back and I really like that. I prefer live DVDs to albums anyway.

Jamez - Check out the live albums that I listed. Those are their two greatest ones imo. They are full of classics!

Oz - "Rising In The East" is probably the greatest DVD I've seen in my entire life! That's a must for all Judas Priest fans.

Shredder13, I have checked out Every Priest live album to this date. Both Meltdown and Live in London were with "Ripper" Owens (nothing against him btw) and I just prefer Halford. But I havent seen "Rising in the east". Is that with Owens or Halford?

It's with Halford...

Although I agree with you by favoring Halford over Owens, I think he did a pretty good job in those live albums.

Definitely man, definitely. I'm not having a go at Owens at all. Just prefer Halford. Owens did as good job as anyone possibly could taking Halford's place and yet he's so so painfully underrated

I do hope it's alot better than the one they released in the 80's, 'cause it wasn't like any of the shows I've seen. Unleashed in the East was more true to a Judas Priest show. As for "Rising", I like it too, alot !!! Myself and a buddy are working on seeing them again here in Tampa, if it's half as good as "Rising", it will be worth every penny!!!

Jamez you're right Owens does cop a bad wrap. It's good he's doing his own thing now, you're only gona have people being overly critical when you're performing in the shadows of the likes of Halford or Matt Barlow of Iced Earth. I think he's a great singer still looking forward to his solo album whenever that comes out (or is it out already? lol)
