Serj Strikes Again
System Of A Down vocalist Serj Tankian will release the self-titled, debut album from his side project, Serart, in America on April 22. It’s to be made available on his Serjical Strike label. The band also includes Armenian instrumentalist Arto Tuncboyaciyan.
