Paradise Lost Praises Tour Openers

Paradise Lost guitarist Greg Mackintosh recently offered words of praise for Phildelphia's Tapping the Vein, one of the support acts on their current European tour. According to Mackintosh, the two bands bonded while touring the States and show a mutual admiration for each other's music.

"Tapping the Vein have some very well constructed songs, and a great use of melody," he said. "They have the balance between rock/metal and electronic/industrial down to a fine art, which is expressed particularly well in a live environment. This is topped off by Heather, their vocalist, who has some of the best female vocals I've ever heard. After hearing them we knew they'd be perfect as an opener for our forthcoming European tour."
