Brendon Small Talks Metalocalypse Season 3, Dethalbum II, and Rock School

Metalocalypse co-creator Brendon Small has issued an update on the new season of Metalocalyse, the next Dethklok album, and his participation in Rock School. Here's the update:

"I'm so incredibly busy right now writing producing DETHKLOK SEASON III and finishing the DETHALBUM II that I needed to take what may be the coolest vacation I will have taken. I'll be playing a few select cities on the east cost with Paul Green's ROCK SCHOOL- if you haven't seen the documentary check it out.

"It'll basically be me and a bunch of bad ass 11- 17 year olds playing music that I really dig- and sure we'll throw in a couple dethklok song to tide you over until the next tour/album. I should remind everybody this isn't a dethklok show- Just me and some kids having a blast!

"If you come early I will be doing a Q & A with fans (totally open to the public)

"One of these bands will play (and I'm told they're great)

"Tragedy: A Metal Tribute to the Bee Gees. Playing DC, NYC, Philly, and Foxboro
Misstallica: All girl tribute to Metallica, playing NYC
Queen Diamond: All girl tribute to King Diamond, playing philly

"and then me and the ROCK SCHOOL kids play.

"I really hope to see you guys there!

"I am really looking fwd to just shutting up and playing some guitar!

i cant WAIT till season three, expecially when it comes out on dvd i love all the easter eggs they put in the dvd. plus the packaging for the dvds is so nice expecially the shiny cover on the 2nd season. thats why i love metal. not only is the music usually an amazing peice of musical art so is the cover and the booklet. instead of putting pictures of the singer with their name at the top in boldface and encrusted with diamonds and platinum like alot of popular music does. its usually something that relates to the content of the album.
