Obscura Post New Song, "Cosmogenesis," Online

German progressive death metallers, OBSCURA, have posted a fourth preview track off their new album, the title track, "Cosmogenesis," which features a guest appearance by Ron Jarzombek (Spastic Ink, Watchtower). The track can be heard on the band's MySpace page. Other tracks on the page include "Incarnated," "Anticosmic Overload," and "Universe Momentum." Cosmogenesis will be released in North American on February 17th and March 2nd internationally.

God damn Ron Jarzombek is a wizard! How does he get that guitar tone?? I mean I know he layers stuff a lot, but wish I knew how he did it. New song was very Necrophagy.

You're going to love this one Cynic. Tech-death to the extreme, but with some interesting melodies in there that you wouldn't see coming. Actually just thinking about it is kind of making my face melt.
