Onslaught Guitarist Speaks On Damnation Festival

Onslaught guitarist Nige Rockett has posted the following message online regarding the bands performance at the Damnation Festival which was held last weekend in Leeds, England:

"Hi Ladies / Gentlemen,

"Well, what can we say? What an awesome festival Damnation was this weekend. It is right up there with the best UK shows we have ever played. The crowd was immense from start to finish with some real cool pits. There was a few problems with the PA but that never dampened anyone's enthusiasm and it was a great show all round for us.

"We would like to thank all the Damnation organisers and crew for making us so welcome and for all the hard work they put in to make the festival such a monsterous success and of course all the thousands of fans who come to make so much noise for us as we recorded the performance for the upcoming Live In Leeds - Live At Damnation album.... you all fucking rocked.

"See you all in 2009..."

I hope they call the album something different from "Live In Leeds - Live At Damnation." That's a boring title. Simply entitling it, "Damnation" would be better. Or "Resurrected Damnation" or summit. Not "Live In Leeds - Live At Damnation."
