ya these guys ARE pretty good live. One of the only bands I've seen that sounds EXACTLY the same live as on cd. Even other bands that put on a real good live show like Behemoth and lamb of God hardly sound the same in a live setting as on the cd, but static-x does. coincidentally, I saw all three of those bands at Ozzfest. :D
Now Playing: Slayer- Raining blood

Ya, i pretty much agree with Kali, even people who didn't like Static got into the pit for their set, cause the energy of the place was so great.
One of my personal favorite pit experiences was in one of theirs in fact, because there was this real tall guy who had wayne Static's hair cut running around, and I punched him right in the face and knocked him out cold in the pit! Everybody kept picking him up over and over again before they realized he was unconscious, and had one of his friends take him out. i though i had killed him or something, but i saw him walkin around later, so my conscience is clean haha.
Now Playing: Slayer- God send death

Ya that's what i meant, cuz it's about "America" so why the f*** would you guys care. The only thing worse would be to expect you to celebrate the fourth of july. lol
and no we don't have anything on the fifth of november. isn' that supposed to be the day the Guy Fawkes thing happened?
Now Playing: Slayer- skeleton christ

Yeah, it's when Guy Fawkes got caught trying to blow up the houses of pariliament so they hung, drawn and quartered him. So to celebrate British justice we set fireworks off on November 5th and sometimes build a dummy to burn. I heard summit about Americans celebrating the 5th of November so I wondered if there was any substance to this bollocks claim.

Nah, with all their huff and puff, they're still british, which means they're yellow-bellied cowards, so i don' think there's really any danger. When the scene was over, i bet they all went to the bathroom and shat themselves in nervousness, then had a cup'o tea before the next scene, cuz that's all the brits do, is drink tea and be scared of everything American like Natalie Portman. :)
Now Playing: Slayer- ghost of War

My friend just downloaded every Slayer album ever, My other friend just let me borrow Reign in Blood, the new Slayer songs have me salivating, and I wait with bated breath for the unholy alliance tour to hit the states with (hopefully, *fingers crossed*) Amon Amarth. So between all that, i've just been listening to nothing but Slayer for like 3 days now, with a little bit of Neurothing, Pig Destroyer and Ted Maul sprinkled in to break up the monotony. i keep expecting to get sick of them, but I just find myself liking them all the more. Go figure. :p

Slayer opens, then Amon Amarth, Dimmu borgir, Behemoth, Lamb of God, Pig destroyer, Ted Maul(they actually opened up for Slayer a few days ago!), Devildriver, Iron Maidn, Machine head, Pantera(it's a dream tour) Deicide(They NEED to be on the Unholy Alliance bill), Opeth, Meshuggah, Megadeth, Ice Cube (Why Not?), Sepultura, At the Gates, Hate eternal, and Yigaell's wall, and then Slayer closes. That's my dream first day of Wacken or Ozzfest.
As for just a unholy alliance bill or small tour: Slayer, Amon amarth, Napalm Death, and Lamb of God.
I'm gonna ask santa for one of those this christmas.
Now Playing: Slayer- Expendable youth

Now Playing: Cephalic carnage- Jesus saves (I set my music player on random to get away from slayer for abit, and it gives me a cover of a slayer song!)
