Alestorm Vocalist Checks In From The Road

Alestorm vocalist Chris Bowles has posted the following tour report online:

"Haw there again lads and lasses.

"It's amazing just how little of the world you see when you're on tour. Milan was an endless suburb in the shadow of the San Siro, Munich was a rainy industrial estate. Switzerland wasn't much better. So today, myself, Ian, and Claus from SVARTSOT took a quest through Vienna in search of "culture n' shit". Alas, we found fuck all apart from a vaguely impressve church and a MEGADETH bootleg. Couldn't even find a twee snowdome.

"It's been a while since an update on the tour, due to rather spurious internet connections. Thanks to everyone who's come along so far, our reception at shows has been fucking fantastic. We've had more than our fair share of drunken (mis)adventures, and like the obliging little geek I am, I filmed most of them. They'll be polluting YouTube as soon as I can be arsed to edit and upload the videos.

"Note to gig promoters: provide lots of beer. Think of a number, then double it. Every day we've run out by about 3 PM.
