Amon Amarth's first video off their new album "Twilight Of The Thunder God" will receive its TV premier this Saturday on MTV2's Headbangers Ball. Make sure to tune into Headbangers Ball this Saturday 11pm-12am EST to see the video for "Twilight Of The Thunder God" and catch the band live as they tour the states on their headlining run.

"Twilight Of The Thunder God" is available everywhere.

I heard this album - it is a solid Amon Amarth album..less melodic than the past, but still quite EPIC.
It is a worthy follow-up to With Oden On Our Side. Not quite as strong as the last album, but very good. I just feel like Amon Amarth is starting to run out of original ideas...but I still like the new stuff.
The melody on AA is awesome, and clearly Swedish.

Don't get me wrong - I was very excited for this new album..Amon Amarth are one of the best metal bands in metal today. I just think the album is not quite as good as ODEN..but that album was simply crushing and epic.
