AC/DC Rumored For Ozzfest 2009

Rumours are beginning to spread that AC/DC will be headlining Ozzfest 2009, as according to an interview with Philadelphia's 94wysp.com, Sharon Osbourne says her dream band for Ozzfest 2009 is AC/DC. "AC/DC are my favourite band," she says. "I love them. I would love to see OZZY and AC/DC play together."

AC/DC are expected to launch an 18 month long world tour this October but thus far no dates have been officially confirmed.

They are a classic band, however I can see why some people aren't too thrilled, I'm mean, a band like AC-DC being on Ozzfest is like Bullet For My Valentine having tour dates in Europe! (hahaha) But, you never know, AC-DC might bring a new vibe to the show this year.

Ya I don't really want to see this happen. I plan on going to a an ACDC tour but I don't want it to be Ozzfest. I go to Ozzfest to mosh for 12 hours and then sit down to the tunes of the great and powerful OZZ-man himself in order to wind down. I don't want to sit down and chill for TWO hour+ sets, that's bullsh**.
