H.I.M. have begun mixing their next album

H.I.M. frontman Ville Valo, bassist Migé (a.k.a. Michael Eros) and recording engineer Hiili Hiilesmaa spent a few days at the end of October at London's Sphere Studios mixing two tracks for the group's forthcoming album, tentatively titled Love Metal, with producer Tim Palmer. The same team will travel to Los Angeles in early December to commence the mixing sessions for the remainder of the album, tentatively due in April 2003. A European festival tour is scheduled to take place in the summer, followed by a headlining trek in the fall.
